Our Process

2. Space Planning and Layout Concepts (1–2 weeks).

3. Design Development (2–3 weeks): Furniture, lighting, and brand integration.

4. Approvals: If any structural changes are needed, timeline varies.

5. Execution (6–14 weeks): Civil work, electrical, furniture installation and branding elements, depending on floor size.

6. Handover and Post-Occupancy Adjustments.

Office fit-out projects have ranged from a single floor of around 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft for a smaller team to larger multi-floor offices. Typical execution timelines run 2 to 4 months for a straightforward fit-out on an existing shell, longer where structural changes or a new base-building design are involved.
